Co-Founder and Product Marketing
2019-2021
Bounce House (now ClickEasy) is a scheduling and payments software for small service businesses. Aimed at an underserved market of consultants, trainers, and more, users set up quick site pages for booking and payments, make one-off charges, and manage their daily calendar easily through Bounce House.
Market Research: I started Bounce House market research in 2019 to zoom in on technologies that could be improved with design and price points. Discovering that most business softwares aimed towards teams and enterprise, the sole proprietor's needs have been lost in the shuffle. Bounce House serves this large group of entrepreneurs with easy, affordable software.
Product Marketing: Our team of 6 (product design, developers) worked throughout the pandemic to test, iterate, and market Bounce House from staging, beta, to launch. Go-to-market experiments included industry specific advertising, search keywords, SEO writing, geo-targeted ad buys and outreach, and brand content.
Acquisition, Experience, Retention: I managed digital and traditional acquisition - ad buys, copy writing, and execution for: advertisements, email marketing, social media content. I also created customer communication funnels for user education and retention, managing email campaigns, knowledge base, and customer feedback.
How it Started —> How it’s Going: The Bounce House product underwent a few iterations to match market fit, in August of 2021 we were successfully acquired by Various Ventures LLC.
Marketing began with heavy market research: small business research, competitive analysis, qualitative interviews.
Through in-person lunch’n’learns, user testing, beta testing period, and onboarding calls, I was primed with knowledge on how to teach users to use Bounce House.

With a small budget, I tested our customer acquisition through digital (Facebook, Google Display, Search and Retargeting), traditional print, and billboard advertising.
I experimented with geo-specific advertising, niche industry campaigns, and cold outreach to individual business owners, co-working spaces, educational institutions and more.
I wrote, managed and executed:
Positive customer experience and humanized support is my main goal. I heavily advocate for the customer, and aim to educate and explain how and why to use software in the most obvious ways possible.
I have a true understanding of how to explain software to non savvy individuals, knowing that software can be very intimidating and overwhelming.
