Marketing Coordinator: Joining in 2012 as the catch-all marketer, I grew into the role by setting up an email marketing cadence, designing and facilitating conference opportunities, creating print collateral, and wrote and managed social and blog content.
Marketing Manager: In 2014, I took on the role of marketing manager. For 5 years, I created and executed all copy and design for website, sales collateral, social, press, and long form content. I events, speaking opportunities and partnerships for our sales and C-suite. I strategized closely on quarterly marketing and product launches with design, product and sales team to grow and retain our media partners.
Marketing Consultant: In 2018, I took a year to take a step back from my manager role to consult on marketing initiatives and oversaw website design and rebrand initiatives.
Director of Marketing: In 2019, I returned to MAZ full time to work with CMO and hire a 7 person marketing team. Together, we managed team to strategize and conduct new market and user research to inform larger marketing strategies for video focused media brands. We created a growth machine to turn long enterprise sales processes into short, agile cycles, helped to automate workflows to support sales and account teams. Through analyzing ROI and spend, tweaking and testing website copy and marketing materials, we continued to enhance and improve on the process.

I crafted collateral that our account managers could use to keep relationships up to date and educated on how to use the MAZ dashboard.
I wrote and managed:
As Director of Marketing, working under the guidance of CMO, I helped direct and manage a 7 person marketing team to aid in the creation of quicker sales cycles, moving away from custom enterprise deals to more standard offerings.
Together the team succeeded in shortening sales cycles, automating customer support, and creating a more realistic forecast for revenue.
