With a focus on mindfulness and body awareness, this class encourages participants to explore their body's natural rhythm while promoting flexibility and strength.

Hi! I'm a YTT 200 Yoga Instructor with an appreciation of yoga's quietly monumental benefits. My yoga journey started in 2009, as a student of Vinyasa. The strength, lightness, and power of awareness that comes through the practice of yoga is what I bring to my classes. As a new instructor in 2023, my aim is to build community, create inviting environments, and empower students.
Hailing from New York, I recently landed in Colorado. Whether at the front desk at TruFusion, seeing live music, aspiring to be a tattoo artist, traveling to see family and friends, cooking, petting dogs I meet, or sleuthing on ways to bring people together - I invite you to be yourself and explore new grounding ways in my Slow Flow class.
