With a focus on mindfulness and body awareness, this class encourages participants to explore their body's natural rhythm while promoting flexibility and strength.

EMPATHY WORKSHOP: Join this 60 minute interactive workshop to get a crash course in yoga’s guiding principles and how to bring them into your everyday life. With a focus on interconnection, reflection, and contentment, you will walk away with physical and mental exercises to ground you and offer perspective.
From the basics of the 8 limbed path, self-reflection questions, group discussions, and a brief dance party, this will be a hands-on learning environment.
